Job Summary:
We are seeking for a Lead - Branding & Communications, who will be responsible for strengthening and safeguarding the institutional brand identity across all platforms. The role involves strategic brand planning, campaign execution, media coordination, digital collaboration, and reputation management. The candidate should have a strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and integrated branding marketing communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the brand management strategies and create brand plans.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, tone, and communication across all channels.
• Conduct periodic market research and competitor benchmarking to identify emerging trends in the education and healthcare sector.
• Monitor brand perception and develop strategic positioning recommendations and corrective actions that strengthen institutional reputation.
• Coordinate with digital Marketing team and generate creative ideas for digital advertisement. Monitor the performance metrics.
• Coordinate internally for information and creation of publishing, marketing material and externally with press & media.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with media houses and journalists.
• Plan press releases, media interactions and coverage for institutional events. Ensure maximum coverage of key events, achievements and milestones.
• Plan annual budgeting and communication budget and monitor expenses.
• Evaluate the vendor performance and ensure quality delivery within timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Communication, Advertising, Marketing, Branding or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in advertising, publishing, branding, or institutional marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Creative mind-set with strong strategic thinking ability.
• Proven experience in agency coordination and campaign execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

PSG Branding & Corporate Communication is the communications department of PSG & Sons’ Charities, a trust dedicated to education, healthcare, and community development since 1926. The department leads strategic communications, brand governance, and media outreach across PSG institutions, reaching audiences through print, digital, and outdoor media. It also produces content across formats including video, and supports training and placement initiatives across select PSG institutions.
