Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Lead - Digital Transformation. This role is pivotal in driving institutional modernization by identifying, implementing, and integrating digital technologies to enhance operational efficiency, service delivery, and stakeholder experience across both the academic and healthcare sectors of the PSG Group.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and champion a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap aligned with the strategic goals
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Cloud, IoT, automation) to create competitive advantages and improve service quality.
• Develop and maintain institution website.
• Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis for proposed digital projects.
• Lead end-to-end digital projects, including the implementation of new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Hospital Information Systems (HIS), and digital patient engagement platforms.
• Deliver transformation projects on time and within budget through effective cross-functional leadership.
• Oversee the integration of existing legacy systems with new digital platforms.
• Act as the key liaison between business function heads (e.g., Administration, Finance, Academics, Clinical Directors) and the IT department.
• Facilitate organizational change by bridging the gap between new digital initiatives and stakeholder buy-in across faculty, staff, and clinical departments.
• Develop and deliver training programs to maximize the value derived from new digital investments.
• Stay abreast of technology trends specific to the EdTech and HealthTech sectors, assessing their applicability within the PSG context.
• Establish and enforce governance frameworks for digital projects, ensuring security, compliance (e.g., data privacy, regulatory standards), and adherence to best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or Master's in a relevant specialization is preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in IT project management, business process re-engineering, or strategy consulting, with at least 3 years focused on driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience or deep understanding of the regulatory and operational challenges/opportunities within Education and/or Healthcare sectors is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of modern enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Cloud platforms, Data Analytics tools).
• Exceptional leadership, communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and analytical skills. Proven ability to influence and manage complex stakeholder environments.

PSG Branding & Corporate Communication is the communications department of PSG & Sons’ Charities, a trust dedicated to education, healthcare, and community development since 1926. The department leads strategic communications, brand governance, and media outreach across PSG institutions, reaching audiences through print, digital, and outdoor media. It also produces content across formats including video, and supports training and placement initiatives across select PSG institutions.
