Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to develop compelling visual communications and manage the production lifecycle of all institutional design assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute high-quality creative content for various materials, including marketing collateral, reports, presentations, and digital media.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the institution's brand identity.
• Maintain a high level of design expertise by proactively attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications.
• Researching industry trends to incorporate modern and effective visual styles.
• Accomplish related design and creative tasks as needed to contribute effectively to the overall team goals.
• Manage the design-to-print process, including file preparation, quality checks, and ensuring technical specifications (resolution, color, bleed) are met.
• Lead vendor relations with printers and art services to deliver projects accurately and on budget.
• Successfully manage and complete design projects by coordinating timelines and deliverables with internal teams and external agencies.
• Troubleshoot design file issues related to production/print malfunctions and coordinate necessary fixes.
• Assist in ensuring the efficient operation of in-house design or production equipment by reporting maintenance needs or evaluating new equipment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in creative design with a strong professional portfolio.
• Skills: Expertise in design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Strong understanding of print and digital production processes. Excellent organizational and coordination skills.

PSG Branding & Corporate Communication is the communications department of PSG & Sons’ Charities, a trust dedicated to education, healthcare, and community development since 1926. The department leads strategic communications, brand governance, and media outreach across PSG institutions, reaching audiences through print, digital, and outdoor media. It also produces content across formats including video, and supports training and placement initiatives across select PSG institutions.
